New Clients.

Prior to your first visit, you will be asked to set up your Client Portal after completing the questionnaire form. If you need assistance, call us at 331-240-0044 ,we are happy to walk you through the process.

Step 1: Complete Client Questionnaire Form

 Step 2: Once you have finished filling out the New Client Questionnaire Form, you will be sent an email invite to set up your Client Portal. Check your spam box and look out for therapy portal invite.

 Step 3: After creating your Client Portal, Complete the documents inside your therapy portal and email office@counselingspeaks.com with your preferred set up your first initial intake session.
