Individual Psychotherapy

Mental Health Counseling is a self-discovery process that helps individuals become more aware of themselves and their environment while learning to better manage and cope with their daily life stressors as well as those of others. Utilizing a wellness approach, it incorporates the principles of mental health, psychology, and human development into cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and/or systemic interventions that address wellness, personal growth, career development, and pathology to empower clients to independently solve their own problems.
